This Main Research Area consists of some projects focused on the liturgical context and soundscape between 16th and 17th cent., checking on unknown composers, publishing unreleased works, studying compositional techniques, gathering treatises and chronicles. Special attention will be given to the repertoire of 1570s rising small and average chapels, to verify real and hypothetical results of the Council, as well.
For each of them we flag any project related to the corresponding topic.
